Cookie information

1. Form session cookie — SIGNIVOSESSID

The cookie contains a random session identifier used to protect against forged and repeated submissions and display confirmation. It contains no name, email, phone or message. It uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Secure over HTTPS and is not shared with other domains.

It is a session cookie, so actual browser retention depends on closing or restoring the browser session. The application session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. If the form is disabled or sending is not configured correctly, the application does not start its session or set this cookie.

2. Why is there no tracking-consent request?

The cookie is used only to securely provide the service requested by the user. We rely on the necessary-technology exception in Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. No optional consent categories are activated because we do not use analytics, advertising or external embeds.

Cookie settings in the footer opens a category information window. The necessary session is marked active only as required by the form; analytics and marketing are marked unused. Closing the window stores no extra cookie and grants no consent to future services.

3. Deleting and blocking in your browser

You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents secure form submission but does not prevent reading the website; telephone and email contact remain available. The website settings window cannot delete cookies belonging to other services.

4. Language, assets and external services

Language follows the URL without a language cookie. Geist and Geist Mono fonts and images are served locally. We do not use localStorage, sessionStorage or a consent-preference cookie. Google Chat runs only on the server after form submission and is not a browser embed. Any future addition of analytics or a map requires a separate description and an appropriate mechanism before activation.
