FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is digital signage?
Digital signage means showing content — ads, menus, announcements or dashboards — on remotely managed screens. Instead of printing posters, you change content in a dashboard and screens update on their own.
How does Signivo work?
You plug a Signivo Player into your screen. In your browser you add content, arrange it into playlists and choose which screens show it, and when.
Do I need a special TV?
No. Any screen with an HDMI input works. For 24/7 use or demanding environments we'll recommend a professional signage display.
Does Signivo work with a regular TV?
Yes. Signivo works with most consumer TVs that have an HDMI input.
How do I connect a screen?
Connect the player via HDMI, get it online (Wi‑Fi or cable) and pair it with your account. It takes a few minutes.
Can I manage screens remotely?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser — from the office, home or phone, with no site visits.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Group screens by location, branch or zone and publish to a whole group in one click.
What happens if a screen loses internet?
The player stores content locally and keeps playing. Once it's back online, it syncs changes automatically.
Can different screens show different content?
Yes. Every screen or screen group can have its own playlists and schedules.
Can I schedule content for specific hours?
Yes. Set hours, weekdays and campaign start and end dates.
Can I show Power BI, websites or social media?
Yes. Signivo displays web pages, dashboards and social content. Some business integrations are available on Premium and Enterprise.
Can Signivo supply the TVs?
Yes. We select and supply TVs and professional signage displays, including mounts.
Do you install the screens?
Yes. We handle installation, cabling, configuration and go-live.
Do you provide training?
Yes. We train your users on the dashboard, content creation and scheduling.
How much does the player cost?
With a 12-month minimum contract, the Signivo Player is free. On an open-ended contract it's a one-off 80 EUR.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every customer can try Signivo free for 30 days.
How do Basic, Premium and Enterprise differ?
Basic covers content, playlists, templates and basic scheduling. Premium adds integrations, automation, dashboards and API. Enterprise adds roles, workspaces, SSO and multi-location management.
Is Signivo worth it for just one screen?
Absolutely. Signivo works great for a single screen in a café, salon or reception.
Can Signivo handle hundreds of screens?
Yes. The Enterprise plan is built for large screen networks across many locations.
