Signivo
Website terms of use
Effective from: 2026-10-18
These terms govern free use of the Signivo Digital Signage Solutions information website and contact form.
1. Service provider and contact
The service provider and owner of the Signivo brand is DKNet Damian Kłosiewicz Sp. K., based at ul. Pawła Lipowczana 6, 02-260 Warsaw, Poland. Polish tax identification number (NIP): 5213964227; National Court Register number (KRS): 0000966304. Electronic contact: biuro@dknet.com.pl; telephone: +48 690 530 630. You may also write to the registered address.
2. Website scope and information
The website provides information about digital signage software, hardware, deployments and Signivo applications, and allows you to request information, a quote or a demo. Access is free and does not require an account.
Descriptions and prices provide information and invite inquiries. Detailed scope, billing period, taxes, equipment and service conditions are set out in a quote or separate agreement. Sending the form does not conclude a purchase, create a payment obligation or automatically activate an account or trial. These website terms do not replace an agreement for using the Signivo platform.
3. Technical requirements
Viewing requires internet access and an up-to-date browser supporting HTML and CSS. JavaScript supports the menu, accordions and cookie settings window; basic content and links also work without it. The active form requires HTTPS and the necessary session cookie. Internet access charges depend on your agreement with your provider.
4. Contact form and acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, spam, malicious code or data you are not authorized to provide. Required contact details should allow us to reply. Do not send excessive information or special categories of personal data.
The server sends form messages to an authorized team through Google Chat, rather than automatically emailing them. Field-length and submission-frequency limits and anti-spam checks apply. A success message confirms that the inquiry has been passed on. If delivery is not confirmed or the form is unavailable, use the listed phone number or email address.
5. Starting and ending use
Access to website content starts when you open a page and ends when you leave. You may stop browsing at any time without charge. The one-off inquiry submission service starts when you send the form and ends when the message is passed on or a failure notice is shown. Further correspondence handles the inquiry and does not create a purchase obligation.
You may save or print these terms free of charge using your browser. The current version is available through the website footer.
6. Website complaints
Send complaints about the website or form to biuro@dknet.com.pl, through the form or by post to the provider. Describe the problem, the date if available and how we should reply. The provider responds within 14 days of receiving a complaint. Telephone contact is also available for technical issues.
These rules do not restrict rights granted by mandatory law, including consumer rights.
7. Privacy, content and changes
The privacy policy explains personal data processing, and the cookie information describes browser technologies. Maintenance or technical interruptions may occur. Materials are protected under applicable law, subject to permitted use.
Changes are published with their effective date. They do not affect acquired rights or retrospectively change the handling of earlier inquiries. Polish law applies to matters not covered here without excluding protections granted by mandatory law.
